Solimago is an Agriturismo, in Solferino, close to the Garda Lake, with 6 apartments (1 or 2 bedrooms) that can accommodate up to 24 persons. Being an enclosed courtyard, it is perfectly fit either for people looking for a rural retreat, or for families seeking a quiet and safe place. Solimago is a Wine and Olive oil producer. Solimago is often required as a film and photo shooting location.

Solimago is an historical rural court, celebrated during the Golden Age of the Italian Renaissance then theater of important events in the XIX century: the Solferino's Battle and the birth of the International Red Cross. Solimago spreads out between vineyards, wild plants, beautiful flowers and the fragrance of aromatics herbs in an enchanted and silent environment. It is a place to forget the passing time and to give free course to the sensations springing from the fairy, scented garden. We produce fine Wines, a delicious Extra Virgin Olive Oil, jams and juices. For our guests we organize wine tastings and italian coockery classes. Solimago lays among the Garda Lake Morainic Hills, famous for their luxuriant landscape, their history and civilization, but also for their culinary culture inspired by a territory rich of unique first-rate agricultural produce. Solimago is an easy launch pad for forays to the Garda Lake, about 10 km., Mantua, 30 km., Verona, 35 km., and Venice.

A suite at the first floor, with independent entrance. A romantic nest, delightful for a couple, can easily host more guests in a sofa bed. It is set up with a pretty, airy double bedroom (king size bed), a luxury bathroom (with shower, hair dryer), and a bright living facing the medieval rural Court. The flat has been recently renovated following the principles of eco-bio architecture, with organic materials as raw earth, fairly coloured insulating plasters, chunky rafters, larch-wood parquets, terrazzo floors and energy saving tools. The vast living is uncluttered and full of light, equipped with a perfectly equipped kitchen (oven, 4 fires electric kitchen, fridge). Laundry for guests is available outside the cottage. A truly charming relaxing place for a couple or a family with 1/2 children.
