3-bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath-located in breathtakingly beautiful Peccole Ranch

Stay at our newly remodeled vacation home in Peccole Ranch - just listed with VRBO! Why be herded with the rest of the guests in major hotels when you can stay in resort-style living at our vacation home. It is located in a gated-community that is very safe, quiet and relaxing. We have furnished our home in comfortable but high end furnishings to make you feel like a King or Queen during your vacation. The master suite offers a sumptuous master bath featuring a large soaking tub. The kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances, glass tile mosaic backsplash, and has all that you need to make a fabulous meal if you don't feel like going out to all the fabulous restaurants and buffets close by.

Our gated-community offers a pool and jacuzzi (our house is conveniently located across the way) so you can enjoy and relax nearby without the large crowds at the major Hotels. Plus, if you want to live it up and do some gambling, the famous Red Rock Casino is only a hop, skip, and a jump (5 mins away). However, if you prefer to go to the Strip and Downtown Las Vegas, you can make a night of it and it will only take you 15 minutes to be in Viva Las Vegas town, but you can also return to a comfortable, relaxing, luxury home if you are ready to unwind and retire to leave the sinning behind.

For those who are active and want to do outdoor activities and enjoy the natural beauty that the Las Vegas deserts have to offer, just take a quick drive to the breathtaking red rock formations...there is hiking, mountain climbing, biking and everything you can imagine doing in the most heavenly part of the desert. There are also famous Golf Courses nearby, like TPC Summerlin. All this awaits you if you are ready to be close to nature and also be pampered in style at our vacation home in Peccole Ranch.

We are Loyal Vacation Rental By Owner (VRBO) and successfully rent our beach guesthouse through VRBO in Southern California. We vacation often in Las Vegas to enjoy the majestic beauty of the desert, the Strip, shows, food, and all the other vacation activities we don't have in the southern coastal side. After staying at luxury hotels during our numerous vacations, we decided that it was time to buy a home permanently in Las Vegas. We did extensive research (almost two years) before we decided the place for us to call our vacation home is in the Peccole Ranch area. It is by far the most beautiful community in Las Vegas, close to all the major attractions, and offers the most leisure life-style possible.

As longtime VRBOs in Southern California, we have had the most wonderful experience sharing our guesthouse there and meeting new people. We realized after finishing the remodel of our Summerlin/Peccole Ranch vacation home, we could also share our new spectacular vacation home with VRBO satisfied customers! It is always so satisfying to offer comfort and relaxation to our guests. We hope you will find our new property in the desert just as wonderful as the one in southern California.

The Peccole Ranch area bordering Summerlin is strikingly beautiful and safe; but most importantly, we love the gated community that our vacation home is a part of. The immaculately kept up pool and jacuzzi is nearby - making it better than staying at a large luxury hotel because of the privacy and relaxation that you get from an executive home with everything you need to feel relaxed and soothed.

What makes this house unique

Extremely close to the famous Disc Golf Greens in Peccole Ranch. You can walk every morning through the greens, with a cup of coffee and greet your lovely neighbors. It is also walking distance (one block) to shops, groceries and great restaurants, as well as the famous Red Rock Casino. The streets are lined with green and red leaved trees as well as mature Pine trees that is an icon for the Peccole Ranch area. You have to experience the beauty of this community yourself as my description does not do it justice.

Only five minutes from Red Rock Casino and a leisurely two blocks walk to a shopping center: grocery stores, restaurants, pet stores, DVD rentals, beauty shops, spas and many more.. Our beautifully restored vacation home is located in Peccole Ranch right on the border of Summerlin. Peccole Ranch is well-known for its impeccably well-maintained community with astonishingly mature pine trees throughout, lining major and minor streets, with leisure activities available without having to use your car. Walking through the community is a real treat - you can enjoy the clean crisp air during the mornings and all day during 7 months out of the year.

This was a wonderful rental in a great location, quiet and peaceful. The home was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and well stocked with essentials. The owners were great hosts, attentive to detail and easy to deal with. The location is close to shopping, restaurants and the 215 beltway for quick access to the Strip and Red Rocks Recreation Area. We look forward to returning for many years to come.

Exquisite!

My husband and I wanted to spend a quiet weekend getaway over Veterans weekend and this place did not disappoint. We only rented the master bedroom (the remaining rooms were locked off - perfect idea!). We started out by meeting the owners when we got to the home. They gave us a very helpful tour of their home, and we really enjoyed this personal touch. The home is exquisitely decorated, clean, relaxing and truly resort style living as promised on description. When we got to Las Vegas it got cold and crisp outside. The home is furnished with a fireplace and large flat screen in the beautifully decorated living room, and it was very cozy for us. We sipped our favorite wine and sat in front of the fireplace and relaxed listening to music during chilly nights. The gated community is very peaceful with abundant mature trees (we did not expect this at all - we were so pleasantly surprised) making the air feel so oxygenated. The kitchen in the home is really gorgeous with beautiful glass tiles on the wall. Everything was so new and clean! We did not cook much but we used it everyday to prepare breakfast. And great coffee was provided by the owners along with all the basics we needed in the kitchen. They were such great hosts! After breakfast my husband enjoyed walking to the green belt only a block from the home. We appreciated the convenient location. It is in walking distance to grocery stores and small quaint restaurants and only 5 mins drive to Red Rock Casino where we enjoyed great dinners at the restaurants in the casino and shows. We highly recommend this home. It is perfect for a quiet getaway but so close to hiking and fabulous restaurants and entertainment. We will return again very soon!

I do not know where to begin..this is just the most beautiful home I have ever stayed at. It is clean and Gorgeous! The furnishings are so beautiful and comfortable. I am renting it short-term while my own home is being repaired for water damage and I don't want to leave. First of all, the community is just as the owner described on VRBO. Peccole Ranch/Summerlin is probably the most beautiful planned community in Las Vegas.I wish I lived here myself. It is for the pampered and those who want resort style living at its best.The house is so close to a shopping center and frisbee golf greens which is the most relaxing place to walk/run/picnic and watch frisbee players come and go.The house is so tastefully decorated.The owners used top of the line materials for the kitchen.I am in heaven when I am in there even just when I make coffee.The bedrooms are exquisitely furnished with beautiful beddings and soft thick white towels and luxurious linens.They did not spare any details on the decorating.The owners are very welcoming but they do care very much that their guests take good care of their vacation house as it is a jewel and they are wonderful to share it since their rates are so reasonable, especially for what you get.The patio is professionally done and they planted fragrant roses and Jasmine.I love eating my breakfast outside early in the morning.I can hear the birds chirping.The pool and jacuzzi is wonderful and so very close to the house. Sundays are the best days for sunbathing and relaxing at the pool.I love that it is well maintained and extremely clean. Everything about this home is clean and crisp and so gorgeous. I also learned about VRBO through the owners.They encouraged me to submit a review and now I think I will also use them to rent vacation villas in Europe. I highly recommend this home to those who have discriminating taste.It is not designed for young children as the house is not child proof. The stairs are steep and lots of beautiful decoration within child's reach.You have to see how wonderful this place is. But I don't want to leave before it is time.
