Welcome to the golden age of San Sebastian: the Belle Époque, the times at the beginning of the XIX century when San Sebastian was the resort for the royal families of Europe. San Sebastian still has that flavour and this apartment wanted to recreate it by using in a totally refurbished apartment authentic solid furniture dating the XIX century…a real luxury that can take you back in time while enjoying the beautiful and exclusive city of San Sebastian, specially from its spectacular round living room from which you can overlook the exquisite La Concha Beach. The building itself has been considered “Historic-Artistic building” by the Basque Government. It has just been totally refurbished and has two bedrooms with king size beds, one bedroom with two double beds, a sitting room – living room (from which you can actually see the bay of La Concha) with a sofa that becomes a bed if necessary, two fully equipped bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It fits up to 8 people.

San Sebastian is a beautiful city located in the North of Spain, just twenty minutes by car from the French border. It has a privileged location and its Bay is breathtaking. San Sebastian is famous for its beauty as well as for its gastronomy. The location of the apartment is superb, right by the Bay and withing walking distance to all amenities this city has to offer, for example go to the Old Part to enjoy the exquisite 'Pintxos' or tapas that are gourmet miniature cooking. There is a gorgeous spa in front of the apartment that overlooks the Bay if you want to relax and enjoy your free time. Being at the very core of the city, you really do not need a car, but if you so wish, there is a private car park only 5 minutes away from the apartment. San Sebastian is known to be one of the safest cities in the world, even at night. Its nightlife is also very safe and healthy. San Sebastian is a magical city to enjoy the holidays of your dreams.

It is an apartment to die for, brand new and with incredible decoration that mixes the old and the modern. The old furniture was astonishing. The very best was that you could see the beach from the living room. It is spacious, modern and brand new. Its location was also incredible...we could WALK everywhere, day and night becase San Sebastian is really safe. We did not bring a car, so that was great.
