This 2 bedroom/2 bath home has oil heat and air conditioning for both winter and summer comfort. Just a short walk from Long Island Sound, in a private beach association, yet in the lovely town of Old Lyme, this is the perfect rental. A deck and yard make it ideal for a family, or a single who enjoys the out-of-doors. Fully furnished with leather recliners, a flat screen t.v. and full dining room, this home also has a working fireplace for cosy evenings at home.
About Patty DiFazio

This family home has housed generations of one family for decades. Used by the family during summer months, it is available for 8 months to a qualified renter.
