It is located only minutes from Seaside, Watercolor, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach but without the crowds. Our stretch of beach is occupied by homes with private, gated access and has fewer beachgoers so it is always easy to set up your piece of paradise just steps from the shoreline. It is located directly above the Perfect Pig, a delicious restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you choose, you do not even need to get in your car to have delicious food all day long.

Our family has vacationed in the 30A area for 20 years. Although there are beaches closer to our home in Alabama, you cannot beat what this area has to offer- beautiful, uncrowded beaches, bike paths, great restaurants and shopping, and all types of fishing/boating. People come to this are from all over the world!

We looked for a condo for a year! Grand Isle was the one place that had it all, and it was better in person than online. The location is amazing- a 3 minute walk to the beach! It is a small complex with a pool. The owners/guests are super friendly! The condo is VERY spacious compared to most we considered. It feels very roomy- huge master and bath as well as large living spaces. And, you cannot beat walking downstairs to shop or eat a meal! If you choose to bike or walk, several options are just down the street. The central location along 30A makes enjoying Seaside/Watercolor/Grayton as well as Rosemary Beach very convenient.
We had a great week and your unit was wonderful. It is so tastefully decorated & we enjoyed time spent reading on the deck. Hope you have a good rental year.
The condo was very nicely decorated and equipped. Very comfortable for me and two teenage girls. Good location, just a short bike ride from Seaside and Watercolor but not in the middle of the crowds. Easy access to the beach. I would definitely stay there again.
My family and I loved this condo. As soon as we walked in, we were shocked at how beautiful the furnishings and decorations were. We've never stayed in a condo this nice before, but it was also comfortable and felt like home. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need which was a plus to us since we planned on cooking supper a few nights. The condo has free wi-fi, which was great and they also have games and movies in case you plan on staying home and relaxing one day. Another thing we loved was the easy beach access right across the street. The area was very nice and we even rented bikes one day and had a blast doing that as well. I would highly recommend this condo and would love to stay again. Thank you!
My wife and I stayed in this condo for Jan and Feb. From the moment we walked in we knew we were in the right place. My wife really liked the well equipped kitchen and my favorite place was the deck area overlooking 30A. The beach access is just across the street and a restaurant "The Perfect Pig" is downstairs. We have stayed in other condo's in previous years but we enjoyed this one the most. One of the most important things in choosing rentals is owners who are responsive..thank you Cobby and Mary.
Having stayed in various condos at Seagrove for over 22 years we must say that this condo is the highlight of those visits. Immaculate decor and furnishings yet the feeling is one of being at home. The kitchen is fully equipped if you choose to cook a meal. This condo provides easy access to the gorgeous white sands of the Gulf. You must not miss the brilliant sunsets! The most important thing this condo provides however, is an owner who is easy to work with and responsive to guest needs.
My SO and another couple stayed in this lovely condo in a great location in Seagrove Beach. I can describe it in one word: Quality! Everything was perfect: lovely living space, huge master bedroom with in suite bathroom, patio with very nice furniture, and well stocked kitchen for cooking your own meals. Downstairs is a wonderful restaurant with amazing (!) food. Half-price off entrées from 5 - 6 every night when eating on sight! Take out kept us full on amazing food! The beach is just across the street with private access. Beach is beautiful, white sand! Rent umbrellas/chairs! We will be back!!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. We brought our twin two year olds and Grammie (with a bad knee) for a long weekend. The walk to the beach was very easy for them and the stairs over the dune are shorter than we've experienced from other condos. We used a wagon to carry our beach accessories and that made things even easier.
The condo is beautiful: wide plank wood floors, driftwood chandelier, custom window treatments, stylish and comfortable furniture, clean and soft linens, brand new kitchen, built-in bunk bed, etc, etc. The owner clearly puts a lot of effort into maintaining and updating. I haven't stayed in a prettier place for anywhere near this price. We were willing to sacrifice being right on the beach for the great price and surroundings.
The owner is very attentive and she manages the property herself. She was immediately responsive to us and addressed every question. I left clothes in the dryer and she coordinated returning them to us.
The Perfect Pig restaurant is on the first floor of the complex. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is delicious. Another restaurant is slated to fill in FlipFlops Grill's vacancy. That will be awesome to have two restaurants downstairs.
We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.
