The condo is located on the ground floor of a two story building with reserved covered parking just steps from the front door, there is guest parking right in front of the unit.
The condo has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and flat screen TV's with a Blue ray player in the master.There are 2 full baths. There is a TV in the living room; as well there is a computer desk with a wireless printer.
Apartment amenities include: wireless high speed internet, 2 wireless telephones with unlimited long distance dialing anywhere in North America. An iPod/iphone sound-bar is also available for your listening pleasure.

Location: St. Pete Beach can be driven to in 3 or 4 minutes. A beach Taxi service is available that works just for tips and can drive you from Isla Del Sol up to as far as Treasure Island. The Tyrone Mall as well as major department stores are within a ten minute drive. The Ellenton Outlet Mall is just across the Skyway Bridge and an easy 20 minute drive.
Fort De Soto Park and Beach is located on the south end of Terra Verde and is about a 5-10 minute drive away. Just a few minutes from the condo, also on Terra Verde, there is a boat rental facility. You can go for hours along the protected waterways and tie up to the many restaurants located along the way.
