Sleeping accommodates up to 8 people as follows:

~Second Bedroom: Queen deluxe bedroom (sleeps 2)
~Third Bedroom: Queen deluxe bedroom (sleeps 2)
~Fourth Bedroom: Queen Master deluxe bedroom: located at the front of the house away from the other bedroom for a more private feel. Great for two couples sharing rental. ( sleeps 2)
Master bathroom: includes separate toilet area, soaker tub, glass shower, walk in closet, double sinks and robes. luxurious towels.
Main Bathroom: Jack and Jill bathroom. Enter from both sides with shower/tub combo. Luxurious towels/bathsheets for use. Along with separate beach towels for pool area.
Sitting Area: boasts comfortable couch and two chairs for a great area to read or visit while someone is watching TV in the other room.
Dining Room: Sitting Area for 6
Kitchen Bar Area: stools for 4.

Why we love San Tan Valley?
We came to the area and fell in love with the place as a vacation retreat out the of the hustle and bustle of the big city. Yet your still a short commute to all the shopping, golf, sports and attractions you may want to see. Our home is only a shot 20 minute drive from Mesa Gateway airport and about an hour from Phoenix International Airport. It is situated in desert and backed by the San Tan Mountain.
Our property is in the highly sought after area of Johnson Ranch Community. Johnson Ranch is a private community with the most amenities. Featuring three community pools (one is heated year round), a private 9 hole golf course, private man-made lake offering catch-and-release fishing, over 20 parks interconnected with walking paths, beach volleyball, tennis courts and basketball court. There is also an 18 hole public golf course located right within the community. You have access to it all as our guest.
There is a large variety of shopping/restaurants within 5 minutes. Including: Fry's Marketplace, Walmart, Pedros Mexican, the Terrace, Walgreens and much more.
This is a great home for all types of holiday-goers. Whether your snowbirds on a golf vacations here to enjoy some quiet or a busy family enjoying the outdoors/pool. Arizona offers something for everyone. Sports enthusiasts why not take in a Cardinals, Coyotoes, Suns or Diamondbacks game.
Shopping; well don't get me started. Drive 20 minutes in any direction and you will find amazing shopping!~Queen Creek Marketplace a short drive away with everything you will ever need...or check out the unique open air shopping featuring amazing restaurants, trendy shops and box stores at the San Tan Village. Or maybe the Mesa Swap Market is worth a look
San Tan National Park (10 minutes away!) for family friendly hiking trails, horseback riding.
Snhnepf Farm offering train rides, hay rides, and pick fresh vegies. Offer peach festival in spring. Check out the peach blooms in March and come back in May to pick fresh peaches.
Queen Creek Olive Mill (10 minutes away too!) take a tour, stay for a lovely lunch for breaky (best around) and bring home some treats.
Goldfield Ghost town near Superstition Mountains; tour the historic buildings and golf mine, eclectic shops, and continue on thru Superstition Mountains and make sure to bring your camera.

We chose this area because of all the amazing amenities it had at our fingertips. We love the slower paced atmosphere and amazing people. It is a bonus to also be able to fly into such a great small airport like Mesa Gateway Airport. Plus we are a short drive away from great shopping, sporting events and tourist attractions...if we can take time away from the pool!
We love the TENNIS Courts here! Along with the golf, swimming, parks, trails, fishing, and more. PLus the local restaurants are some of the best I've been to!~ Plus the sunshines everyday!
