BEACHFRONT OASIS AT PLANTATION - INTOXICATING VIEWS

We recently spent 2 weeks at this villa and we are looking forward to returning for 3 more weeks later this year. We love this place!

This condo has a spectacular view of the tropical gardens, heated pool and the ocean surf. We watched dolphins and seabirds in the water while eating at the table and spotted and listened to beautiful tropical birds from the huge terrace/balcony. We walked the soft white sand beaches. We sat and read by the newly renovated pool. We biked the miles of scenic bike trails just outside our door and explored the 3 state parks and islands on the new extended bike trail. We walked into the village to shop, visit the Nature Center, and get coffee and food at the deli. We ate at the great restaurants also within walking distance. We hope to fish and kayak during our next visit. So much to do and yet such a relaxing and peaceful place!

The condo was beautifully maintained and furnished. We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!

My two weeks at Ship Watch villa were enchanting! The condo is elegantly and comfortably furnished with beautifully appointed furniture and accessories. The master bedroom and on suite bathroom are spacious and stylishly furnished with access to the private patio where I could take breakfast each morning at the large round table looking at the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. The second bedroom and bath and equally charming, spacious and comfortable. The villa has ample closet space and is completely outfitted with washer, dryer and up to date appliances. The living room, dining area and kitchen all look out at an unobstructed view of the natural dunes and beach. Also, on the patio in the smaller seating area where I could relax with an evening glass of wine watching the changing colors of the sea. Under s full moon, I watched a large sea turtle lumber over the dunes, perhaps to lay her eggs! In addition, during my stay I took advantage of the many eating options and lovely shops in the area. The Plantation offers excellent dining in a number of venues and just down the road I sampled the gourmet menu of Salt at The Ritz. Walking the beach, riding a bike on the many bike paths that thread through the exotic tropical nature of the Plantation and just relaxing in the comfort of the villa was exactly the holiday I had hoped for.

I look forward to another week here at Ship Watch in March when I plan to use the heated pool that is steps from my door. Perhaps the sea turtle's eggs will have hatched by then! I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the ultimate in luxury seaside holidays. Ship Watch will not disappoint!
