This home is a lovely, two bedroom, two bath home, built in 2006, and is located in a quiet active-adult gated community. It is beautifully decorated and includes a large living room, with fireplace. The kitchen contains stainless steel appliances, a disposal and is fully equipped. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, dresser, two nightstands and chest. The second bedroom has two twin beds, nightstand and chest. The house has a beautiful library/office, with built in desk, credenza and bookshelves. Washer and dryer are included. The exterior of the home includes a patio in the front and a beautiful, partially covered patio in the rear. The backyard is fenced and very private. Both patios are furnished, with a gas grill on the rear patio. Also provided are kitchen and bathroom linens. There is a two-car attached garage with plenty of closeted storage. Rental unit includes cable television and internet service.

Shopping is within a half mile, including grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, and dry cleaners. Within minutes are several public golf courses, movie theaters and other entertainment opportunities.

We enjoyed our stay so very much and this property is grand! We will definitely stay there again! It had everything we needed and wanted and we cannot say enough about the layout of the property,furnishings, the cleanliness and last but not least the owners of the property! They were so nice and helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable by making sure everything was most excellent. Thank you again and we are already looking forward to our next trip out! Our sincere gratitude for a wonderful time!
