Photos and Description of the Cala Ratjada vacation villa rental Just ready for holiday lettings mid July 2009 - completely refurnished

Detached villa divided into two properties. The ground floor property has a large terrace looking towards the sea, a well equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher,microwave, kettle and toaster and washing machine. There are three bedrooms all with twin beds and large fitted wardrobes. Both bathrooms have showers and one has a bath. A little sun room leads to the pool and garden where there is also a BBQ house. The pool, garden and BBQ are only shared with the upstairs property. The house is set in a tranquil residential area however there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

A short drive away are the beaches of Canyamel, Costa de los pinos, Cala Agulla and Cala Mesquida. The historic medieval town of Capdepera is nearby.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment in August. We were very impressed. It is newly refurbished with quality fittings throughout, situated in a quiet residential area near to the sea. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. First rate.
