This modern Colonial Casa is nestled on a quiet street in a very safe neighborhood yet only a 7 minute walk to Central Park or Calzada. When you enter the house there is a nice staircase leading up to the main level that opens up to the main living area. At the front is a very large, airy livingroom with a big screen TV. Two beautiful windows that open up to let the crosswinds in and a gorgeous view of Volcan Mombacho. A full bathroom, fully equipped tiled kitchen with a gas stove and a round dining table that sits 6 people comfortably. This is all open to the courtyard with palm trees, plants and swimming pool.
The guest bedroom features AC, ceiling fans, 2 queen size beds and en suite bathroom with hot water available. There are double doors that open right to the pool.
Upstairs leads to a beautiful balcony and the very large Master bedroom with a queen size bed and its own en- suite bathroom, AC and ceiling fans. The bathroom also features hot water shower if you like. The views are just stunning from the balcony. A great place to chill and relax.
There are 8 ceiling fans throughout the Casa. The casa has been recently repainted. A lot of minor upgrades have been done to make the house as functional and operational as possible.
The entrance and first floor also has a garage but we are using it as a sitting room with an extra cot available. The laundry room has a washer/dryer.
Maid service is available 3 days a week, the pool is maintained 3 days a week. Groceries stores are nearby, Pali less than 5 minutes away. La Union and Colonia are about a 10 minute walk or you can just grab a taxi. There is a huge water tank so you always have water available.
Wi-fi internet is available and cable tv.
We also spend time here since we bought the house last July and have been equipping it with new appliances like a toaster, blender, new pots and pans, dishes and glasses.
