Photos and Description of the Wailea vacation condo rental

This spacious two story townhouse has over 1500 sq. ft. of living area on two floors plus a large lanai upstairs and patio downstairs. It's two bedrooms and 2.5 baths make it ideal for couples traveling together as well as families with children. The townhouse design provides privacy for everyone. The expansive ocean view is beautiful and you can even see whales from the top deck in the winter. We have decorated in a tropical motif. We are located in Wailea Ekolu where you will receive a discount at some of the best golf courses in Hawaii. Granite counter tops in all the bathrooms and very fully equipped kitchen.

About Owner/Manager

Michael and I grew up in Northern Calif. as did our parents. We have been living in Danville Cal for over 35 years and love it here, but we missed the ocean and the water sports that go along with it.

Owner/Manager purchased this condo in 1999
Why Owner/Manager chose Wailea

We chose Wailea because we love this side of the island It is dryer in the winter and the beaches are safe and easy to get into. Conde Nast rated Elua beach as the best in Hawaii, and is only a few minutes away. We started coming to Maui about 30 years ago, and soon found that we much preferred the quieter, less touristy area of Wailea, and returned each year for our Hawaiian vacation. We love the slower pace of the area and the natural beauty and beautiful grounds that surround our condo. We have our own little yard and its great to just sit outside and enjoy the ocean, and the garden. The weather is wonderful with less wind and rain than the North shore. We love the pool area which is never crowded.

What makes this condo unique

I love the high ceilings in the living room with the large deck off of the living area and the kitchen. The dinette area is comfortable and the view from the deck just had us fall in love with our home The two story seems to have a lot more privacy and space for everyone. The bedrooms are so nice and large. We even have two queen sized beds in the second bedroom so we have plenty of space for family and friends. We love the grounds and even have our own banana tree in the front. The pool is beautiful and usually has only two three people there.

The place to stay if visiting Maui

Loved the condo. Very clean and spacious. We also liked the location the condo was to the beaches, and shops, Once you got familiar with the area it was easy to figure out how to get places. We would definately stay here again. Thank you so much.

Maui Ekolu Condo #1002 Our Stay

We had the recent pleasure of staying at this condo for a wedding we attended which was held at the nearby Mariott Hotel. This type of accomodation when visiting Maui is excellent. We were a 5 minute walk or drive from everything we could possibly need including the shops at Wailea, fine resturants and shopping plus some of the best beachs on the Island.
The best thing about staying at this condo was that it was just like being at home,we could get up in the morning have coffee on the Lanai and enjoy the ocean views and in the evening lay around and watch TV or just hang out like at home. Great place would recomend it to anyone wanting a great way to see and stay in Maui
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
