Spacious, attractively decorated & equipped to a very high standard, this traditional Devon thatched cottage is perfect for families or friends, & boasts bright valley views from a private enclosed garden. The Smithy is ideally placed for walking, cycling, pony trekking & other moorland activities, & comes with a concierge service supplying local information, & organisation of a wide range of activities such as farm visits, llama walks, heritage sites, golf, abseiling & hot air ballooning. For lazy days, there are plenty of books, games & DVDs to keep everyone entertained. Nearby Ashburton has a good selection of shops, cafes & pubs, & Torquay, Exeter & Plymouth are all within easy driving distance
