Quiet, clean, and comfortable

We stayed at this property for two weeks in August. We have stayed in Bradenton Beach before and this was our best stay yet. The house was VERY CLEAN upon arrival and had all we needed for our stay. We loved the screened lanai which made for a great bonus room. The neighborhood is very quiet and the beach is about a two minute walk. The free trolly stops right at the top of the street, again about a two minute walk. All of our questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner by the property manager, John. It was easy to access the property when we arrived and our damage deposit was returned quickly. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend this property for a stress free beach vacation rental.
