Photos and Description of the Palmetto Bluff vacation cottage rental

Minimum 3 month rental.

This is a well maintained 2 bedroom/2 bath home with large great room, eat-in kitchen, screened porch, 2-car garage, generous closets. This one level home is fully furnished with linens and a fully-equipped kitchen. Two bikes and a golf cart are also included for your enjoyment.
About The Owner

I moved to Bluffton from Alexandria, Virginia in 1999 after retiring from the U.S. Patent Office. The South Carolina Low Country is a beautiful area, and I have really enjoyed both lovely Sun City and all the surrounding locations--especially Hilton Head Island and historic Beaufort.

I now divide my time between Bluffton and my other home in Gulfport, Florida.

Why The Owner chose Palmetto Bluff

Living in Sun City is like being on vacation all the time. The community amenities are wonderful, and the surrounding area offers great sightseeing, history, water activities, beaches, etc.

If you have a dog(s) in your famiy, they'll enjoy the large Sun City dog park or playing on the beaches of Hilton Head where they are welcome during certain hours of every day. And of course, they're always welcome at 78 Plymouth Lane.

Sun City is a lovely 55+ community in a great location near Hilton Head Island and its beautiful beaches (12 miles), beautiful Savannah, Georgia (20 miles), or historic Beaufort, South Carolina (12 miles).
