Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven and microwave. 3 double rooms with 2 single beds each. Sofa bed. Air conditioning cold and heat. Free Wi-Fi. Interior ceramic and aluminum. End Construction: October 2008. Large pool and small garden. Private parking. Quiet area 10 minutes walk from Ibiza and Ibiza port (ferry). Together taxis and bus stop (100 m), supermarket, casino, spa, restaurants and clubs. Very close to Talamanca beach.

Thanks to its excellent location is not necessary to have a vehicle for short trips because it has a radius of less than 1 km: restaurants, marina, clubs, casino, spa, hospital, supermarket, beach, dive clubs, fishing, rental ships, shops, etc ... If you want the island to visit, possibly the best beaches and coves of the Mediterranean. It is also only 7 km Golf Club Ibiza, where you can practice this sport. in short, a good apartment to enjoy with family or friends in life ... and of course, always in Ibiza the most beautiful.

Me and 5 friends stayed at this apartment for 1 week and we enjoyed our stay. The apartment is really nice, spacious and well equipped. The Balcony is huge, the building is secure aswell and the black out blinds were very helpful when we had a late night. Just down the road from Pacha. A 10-15 minute walk into the town center and other towns and clubs were a 10-15 minute cab ride from the apartment. Great apartment
