A rich but comfortable home with awesome ocean view

This beautiful villa offers rich furnishings, huge deck with sunken hot tub, close and easy beach access, all in a very contemporary beach house that was once a contender for the travel channel extreme beach house series.

The home has 20 foot ceilings in the living area, three bedrooms, 3 baths plus sofa bed. It offers a full dining room with huge table, a deck overlooking the ocean is the length of the home. The sunken hot tub is ocean view and wonderful, the furnishings elegant and comfortable.
About Owner/Manager

I grew up not far from Gold Beach, and this is where I bought my first home. Since I travel for my work, I only visit once or twice per year and live only a few hundred miles away, so with a great management company I can spend some weekends in my beach house and let others enjoy while I am not able to. I have set the house up with everything I can think of to make a wonderful vacation home, and I hope you will enjoy it like I do.

This property was more than expected, house was well furnished with a very well supplied kitchen. Lots of the basics like spices, soap, linens. We purchased fresh seafood in Brookings and Gold Beach. Only thing missing was a hair dryer. We where 2 couples and lots of room for personal space, enjoyed Hot Tub and views. Area is very quiet and town has some great restaurants with very friendly residents. Rental company very accommodating and quick to respond on any concerns ( had problem first night with hot) but they replied immediately and we were up and running. For sure we would stay here again if we are in the area.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
