great stay

I stayed here with my 10 year old son. The room, bathroom, and kitchen is part of thelandlords house with a separate entrance and patio. The pictures are a very accurate description. AnaMaria was there to greet us on our arrival and was available by cell if needed. The apt was spotless. The bathroom seemed like it was just redone. There was plenty of space. In the morning while my son slept, I could close the slider door , make my coffee and hang onthe patio.
AnaMaria really thought about just everything Ineeded for my stay. There were coffee filterss, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, plenty of brand new white bathroom towels and washclothes, bathroom spray, soap, and utensils. (only thing I found myself searching for was a dish towel)
When the shades are opened, the room was very bright. It was located in a nice area. We were a 5 min drive from coconut grove and a 15 ride from the Arsht Centerwhere we needed to be every evening. South Beach was about a 20 min. drive. The apt also comes with a parking space.

My only complaint would be the pillows. There were 4 of them, but they were so flat, that after two nights, I went and purchased my own pillow. My son then used three and was ok.
I came to Miami with alarge group of people who stayed all over the city. Some were able to get incredible deals on their houses which were great apartments but had bad wifi. I paid more per person than most, but was very happy with the location, apartment, and cleanliness, and wifi, so I left a very happy tenant.
