This home is just 1 door off the strand. Lots of upgrades and view of the ocean from top two floors: master bedroom, kitchen, living & dining rooms and balconies. It is completely furnished and ready to move in, just bring a tooth brush and your swimsuit. Binoculars on a tripod at top floor. Stainless Steel Appliances in kitchen. Entertainment center in living room. Next to front door is a surf shower to wash off before entering home. Two car garage + extra spot in alley. Comes w/ 2 strand cruiser bikes, surfboards, coolers, beach umbrella. The home can be rented for as short as 1 week at a time!

The master bedroom includes a California King. The other two bedrooms have 3 queen beds.

We manage this property for a long-time friend and client. My family and I have been here for 3 generations. I currently live in Redondo Beach, just south of this property by 10 minutes.

Count to 30 seconds and you'll be at the sand, the Strand bike path, and excellent surf. Brunch cafes, restaurants and bars are just up the hill a couple blocks.

The views from the top floor are excellent. It's open and airy. The balcony joins the living room and the master bedroom.
