Additional information about rental rates

  • A 20% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The outstanding balance must be paid 8 weeks before prior to arrival. Cancellations will not be accepted closer than 3 weeks prior to arrival.

    A £200 security deposit is required, refundable within 2 weeks of departure. Subject to property inspection.

  • Payment accepted via internet banking, credit cards and Cheques Please contact us for further information if required. Any payments made should be calculated at the current exchange rate for that day.
  • Prices above are for the cost of the villa and not per person. Please note that the cost dose not include sales tax, this needs to be added to the final cost at a rate of 12% per booking.

    Heating of the pool can be arranged at an extra cost of £75 per week.
