With light wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and cool black granite countertops, everything you need is at your fingertips whether the kitchen is simply a place to serve catered meals or you love to cook gourmet dinners that will be savored. And with room to seat eight, breakfast, lunch, or dinner can be a true family affair.
Step outside the back door and into your family vacation paradise. There is a small, enclosed back porch which leads down to a barbecue lover’s dream — a huge grill area, which features a gas barbecue, additional burners for cooking, and a fridge. And just beyond is your own private yard complete with swimming pool! Best of all, there is a full private bathroom with a walk-in shower, which is great to rinse off in and clean up after using the beach or pool. The fenced in back yard is perfect for small children or pets.
The bedrooms in this house are truly spectacular and offer a variety of spacious accommodations for your family or house guests. Two bedrooms — each with its own private bath (one has a bathtub and the offers a stall shower) feature king-sized beds. One of the king-sized bedrooms also features access to the back porch. The third bedroom sleeps four with one set of bunk beds and a trundle bed as well as its own bathroom with stall shower. All bedrooms are light, airy, and guaranteed to offer a perfect night’s sleep after a busy day at the pool, beach, or out and about exploring in the popular WaterColor community!
