The Oleander Cottage... This Lovely Cottage is in one of the best neighborhoods in town... Laguna Beach! This wonderful location gives you the option of renting as much space as you need.
Our Cottage is a large one level duplex. It's all concrete construction and has separate entrances on opposite sides of the house that make it completely private and quiet inside. There's a left side and a right side of the house with a steel lock-out security door between the two dens.
You can choose to enjoy a romantic get away for two with our 1Br option (sleeps up to 6), rent enough for a medium size family (2br option) or rent both sides and have enough space to accommodate a large or even two families (3br +2 Bunkrooms & sleeper sofa). Read the Options section below for more details on the different size configurations we have available.

3 Full Size Bedrooms (KINGS) + 2 Bunk rooms (4 single beds) + 1 Sleeper Sofa and 2 Bathrooms, 2 Private Outdoor Showers, 2 Full Kitchens & Family Rooms (w/ 2 New Samsung 51in Flat Screens). Great for larger families or 2 families traveling together! For your privacy the entrances and parking are on opposite sides of the house.
Located in the quiet Laguna Beach section of Panama City Beach, The Oleander Cottage is on the corner of Front Beach Rd. and Oleander Street. This is certainly one of the quietest, most family oriented neighborhoods you will find. This is the quiet West End of Panama City you have heard so much about. No getting in the car to go to the beach... it's across the street.
Worlds away from the hustle and bustle but only a few miles from everything you want to do and see. It's the perfect way to have a getaway and still enjoy all the new activities Panama City Beach now offers. The Carousel Grocey store and Thomas Doughnuts are just down the street. Shop and eat where local families and guests have enjoyed for generations.
The NEW Pier Park is only a 4 miles away and we are only 3 miles from Hwy79 (which leads to our NEW International Airport). Frank Brown park is 3 miles away. There are Winn Dixie and a Public Grocery stores close in either direction. Local Restaurants from Fresh Seafood & Oysters to BBQ only minutes away. It's truly the Best of Both Worlds!
