This 2 bedroom loft apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a renovated building with elevator and a security system in Kings Cross, London. The apartment has a 35 m2 (375 sq ft) private terrace with patio furniture and bamboo plants.

The living room features hardwood floors, exposed beams, white walls and minimalist modern furnishings. The seating area of the living room contains two comfortable sofas, coffee table and TV with DVD player. A large French window takes up the entire eastern wall and gives access to the balcony. There is also a small round table in front of the window where you can enjoy breakfast while soaking up the morning sun. The dining area can be found on the other side of the open living room. There is a glass dining table that seats 6 and a modern kitchen block that stretches along the wall.

The master bedroom of the apartment (bedroom 1) features hardwood floors, a king size bed and built-in wardrobes. There is an additional king size bed that can be put in the living room. The second bedroom (bedroom 2) has flexible sleeping accommodations, with two single beds which can be zipped together to form a king size bed. The modern bathroom of the loft contains a shower, WC and washbasin with a large mirror.

You can find this two bedroom vacation rental apartment on York Way between Crinan Street and Wharfdale Road in Islington. There is a picturesque canal just two blocks away, and on the other side of the water you will also find the London Canal Museum. Furthermore, there are many restaurants and pubs in the neighborhood, and Kings Cross Station is just 3 minutes walk away. Not only a must for Harry Potter fans, this station also makes it easy to take a day trip to other UK cities. Great Stay in Kings Cross

We stayed in Paul’s lovely London apartment in Kings Cross for a week. It was so easy and cheap to catch the tube from Heathrow to Kings Cross/St Pancras station and just walk eight minutes up the hill to this spacious apartment. It is a big open plan apartment in a converted warehouse. It has a well fitted full kitchen so self catering is a breeze especially with a supermarket just around the corner. It has two bedrooms, one with a very comfortable Queen bed and one with two singles. There is an extra Queen bed if needed.
We used the tube a lot so it was perfectly positioned for us. It is also an area with pubs, restaurants and takeaways that are all reasonably priced. When we left, again, it was just a short walk down the hill to St. Pancras station to catch the Eurostar to Paris. No need for an expensive London taxi during our stay. We are a family of four and highly recommend this apartment for families or groups. Thanks for a great stay Paul

I stayed here for the weekend with some friends and thoroughly enjoyed our time staying here. The picture show exactly how this flat is, very clean, tidy and comfortable.

The location is truly the best as its walking distance from King's cross and a wee bit further to Euston. King cross is a good location generally for transport around London so a great base.

Flat was very clean, had everything you would need to stay and plenty facilities to cook your own food (reasonable sized tesco 5min walk away).

Great place to stay in London.

My wife daughter and I stayed at Paul's place for a week. It is really large, and very quiet. The apartment is well located, and you are able to walk topmost places or catch the tube which is only 5 minutes away if that. It is clean and comfortable, and Paul was a helpful and pleasant host. It is also close to a Tescos and to a couple of nice pubs. If you are coming to London, you ought to stay here.

Lovely apartment for a great family holiday

My husband and I visited London with our two young sons, aged 5 and 8, and we found Paul's apartment to be perfect for our needs. It is light, airy and very spacious and Paul has provided all the amenities that one would need for a family. It served as a great base from which to explore the city and being close to King's Cross station meant that we didn't have to walk too far with our boys to catch the tube. The apartment was great to relax in when we were tired from all the sightseeing. Also having a Pret A Manger close by for fresh coffee and great food was really convenient.
Being close to the tube as well as St Pancras, the trains tended to be quite noisy but we didn't mind. We will definitely use this apartment again when next in London.
Owner's Response: Thank you for the review! In response I am sorry that you could hear the trains- most people say they do not hear anything (see other reviews). The apartment faces the opposite direction to the station, and it overlooks a large terrace onto a quiet back street. So it is actually a very quiet apartment.
