About Adriana Mangus

My husband and I decided to purchase this beautiful condominium due to its location. We currently live in Poway, both of us are retired --travel frequently--and enjoy everything San Diego has to offer.

Why stay in a hotel when you can enjoy and relax at our beautiful condominium located in the beautiful gated Masters Hill community in RB - - short for Rancho Bernardo. This well appointed condo is 30 minutes from the Airport, 20 minutes drive to la Jolla- enjoy the famous Childrens' pool and the sea lions, Del Mar beaches, 30 minutes to beautiful Torrey Pines and the famous Birch Aquarium. Easy access to 15 and 56 freeways. Hwy 56 connects to Hwy 5- south and north.

. Little Italy - Excellent italian food- Visit the beautiful Our Lady of Rosary church with painted frescos on the ceiling and stained glass windows. A real treasure!!

Seaport Village - Tourist's hot spot (30 minutes)

Renting this condominium for three months in Rancho Bernardo was a total pleasure! The view of the golf course and Black Mountain from both the master bedroom and living room was spectacular. The furnishings were so comfortable we felt like we were in our own home. We never needed anything in the way of day-to-day household items the whole time we spent there. The gated community has beautifully manicured grounds and our neighbors were hospitable. Whenever we contacted the owner/manager she responded quickly to the few needs we had. We look forward to returning to this beautiful paradise in the sun! Bob & Judith, Orcas Island, Washington
