Interior 4-room attic apartment 180 mq on 2 levels on 3rd floor, nice, tasteful. Large living/dining room with 3 panoramic windows, with 2 regular single beds, 2 sofa in front of open fireplace, dining table for 8 persons, sat-TV, radio, stereo unit and air-conditioning. 2 large double bedroom. 1 little single room with the possibility of 1 pouf-bed more. 2 large bathrooms and 1 sep. wc. The bathroom on the lower floor has a jacuzzi, shower and 2 washbasins. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, deep freezer, grill) with dining table for 4/6 persons, exit to the small balcony (3 mq) and to Sep. WC, bath/shower/WC. Gas heating. Lovely view of the resort. Facilities: washing machine, safe, iron. Ceilings with wooden beams. Double glazing. Parque flooring throughout the house. The building is a tipical ancient small building without elevator. In front of the apartment the Museo Archeologico, near 30 mt P.zza S.S. Ma Annunziata, near 250 mt Galleria Accademia(David), near 500 mt Duomo.

via laura 68, near p.zza S.s.ma Annunziata (20 mt), in wich there is one of the most beautiful church of the city, and the 'Spedale degli Innocenti' with architecture by Brunelleschi, near 200 mt P.zza San Marco, with Museo S. Marco, near 200 mt Orto Botanico, near 300 mt in Via Ricasoli there is Galleria dell'Accademia where is the original David of Michelangelo and a lot of creations, and the Opificio delle Pietre Dure. Near 700 mt there is the church of S. Croce where are the tombs of a lot of important historic persons. Near about 500 mt there is the place of Duomo the most known and beautiful monument of Florence.

  • I ask € 300 as guarantee to give at the moment of check-in, when you arrive. When you leave, at the check-out, I will give you back the money less € 50 for final polish, € 10 for each guest who stay, to give you laundry for bed, bath and kitchen washed by professional launderette, € 15 for each day in the invernal period for heating, and € 10 for each day in summer if you want air conditioning.
  • The time of arriving is usually between 16.00 /20.00, but is possible to adjust the time as you prefer. Only after h 20.00 there is an extra of € 30, after h there is an extra of € 50.
    The time of check-out is usually between 9.00/11.00, anyway is possible to adjust as you prefer if the apartment is free the night after.
    In all cases it's important that you take contact with property almost 1 week before your arriving in Florence to inform property by e-mail about your approximatly time arriving and leaving to organize better as is possible the check-in and the check-out without surprises for you and me.
