Luxury 4 bedroomed villa accomodates up to 9 with own splash pool.

Beautiful four bedroomed villa on five star complex, three bath/shower rooms, accommodates up to six adults and three children.

Well equipped kitchen contains, larder fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Large washing machine and tumble drier upstairs. Telephone provided and flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and main living room, and has pay-per-view movies.

Ample seating for large groups in living/dining area, leading out to area around heated splash pool ,full safety screen provided, and further seating. Barbeques available by arrangement.

There are shuttle services from the club house to the various Parks and the shopping Malls at a small charge.

The downstairs bedroom and bathroom would be suitable for people with moderate disabilities, there are small steps to get into the house.

Our small pool at the back of the house is south facing so has sunshine most of the year.

About Jane Keeling

Having had many family holidays in the USA we love it there and decided to buy in on a gated community where we could holiday, take our children and grandchildren and rent out the property. We have done this since 2009 and still love to visit once or twice a year.

We fell in love with Paradise Palms the first time we drove into the complex, we had looked at several properties but knew this was the one as soon as we saw it; it's beautifully kept, the staff are welcoming and our house is wonderful.

Our house is close to all the Parks but just far enough away to be peaceful and quiet especially when you have spent a tiring day out, it's great to come back to relax by the pool or just in the house.

Located within 10-15 minutes easy drive of main Disney attractions and 25 minutes to Universal Studios. Other attractions in the area include many superb golf courses and state parks, wide range of good restaurants and fast food outlets. Organised excursions to see alligator and wildlife within thirty minutes. One and a half hours drive to Cape Canaveral and Florida West Coast beaches. Everglades about three hours drive.

Excellent shopping facilities for day to day requirements minutes away. Shopping Malls including Macys and discount centres along with excellent restaurants in Orlando, about thirty minutes drive.

There are many supermarkets within a few minutes drive, Target, Publix and Wallmart; the US192 is just up the road and has many restuarants, gift shops, crazy golf, banks etc.

The new Legoland opens October 2011, we think it'll take about 25 minutes from the house in the opposite direction to the Disney parks.

    Splash pool can be heated, this can be paid at the clubhouse if required, at a cost of $25 per day, minium of 4 days, $150.00 per week. Pool towels are not provided by the owner.
    The departure clean costs $85.00.
    We do ask for a breakage deposit on paying the balance of the booking, $200.00, this should be returned after the house is checked.for any damage.
    A 3.5% transaction fee will be charged for credit card payments - PayPal
    Cheques can be taken for US and UK guests.

Notes: Paradise Palms is a peaceful location especially good to get back to after a hectic day at Disney there are so many activities to occupy both toddlers and teenagers as well as the adults. Besides the large communal pool there is a children's paddling pool, a hot-tub and spa/whirlpool; the bar beside the pool also has a small menu. A small shop has recently opened on site, selling candy, crackers, salt, pepper etc. Our house has the best of both worlds, near to the Parks but it is easy to stay at the complex all day and find plenty to do in the peaceful surroundings.

Excelent choice!!!

We are from Brazil and we stayed here Dec 02, 2012 - Feb 21, 2013 (when I was studying English). The group was my mother, my wife and I, and our 2 kids. This house is a excelent choice if you want to stay with all your family. The rooms are huge and have full kitchens (was exactly as it was described on the website). We were extremely pleased with the friendly owner (Jane) who made sure all our questions were answered quickly. This house was well maintained. Great location... It was very easy to get to Disney (about a 10 minute drive). We loved staying here. Me and my family had a great time and we would definitely go back!!!Sergio Valente and family.

That good we are booking again!

Having been to Orlando a few times over the past years with family and friends, we have always tried to find a place that hit all of the requirements. I think we may have done that, in fact we have just booked again for 2013 for 19 nights.
Having looked long and hard for the ideal location and a house big enough for 4 adults and 4 children that gave us a huge swimming pool, kids pool, hot tubs, Tiki Bar, TV to watch the football and have a beer and a cinema for the kids to watch any films they want to when its too hot and a fantastic home then Paradise Palms is the place.
The owners have really made sure this feels like a home away from home as there is nothing that has been missed from the house. The accommodation is fitted out to a high standard making staying in for the evening a great option. With 8 people staying in the house there is plenty of rooms for everyone to do their own thing either inside or outside.
Paradise palms is really easy to find with great access to the I4, 192 and the 27 road network making the trips to the parks, shopping outlets and either coastline so easy.
Even down to the call from Jane asking sure we have arrived safely was a lovely touch.
Thanks for letting us use your house and really looking forward to staying again next year.

Wonderful place for a vacation in Florida!

Jane will provide you with any information you need, and this is a no worry no hassle rental for sure! Highly recommended!
We stayed 3 weeks at this lovely house, and did not want to go home to Norway after our stay. Kids begged us to stay longer.
We were 2 families - 4 adults and 5 kids, and this house was perfect in size for us!
The splash pool is just great for a quick evening dip, and the lovely Club House pool for a few hours of luxury!
We want to come back for sure!! :)

An Awesome Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Palms. The pictures on the website do not even compair to the beauty of the villa. With four bedrooms it made the perfect stay for our two families and the pool was a great addition especially after returning from a long, hot day at the Disney Parks. The club house, community pool and movie theatre were also loved by all! Our children loved spending time at the pool as much as they did at the parks. We had a wonderful stay and made many great memories. The owners are also great to work with. Any question I sent were quickly answered. I would highly recommend Paradise Palms and look forward to returning in the future!!

Had a Perfect Vacation

We stayed at David and Jane's home for 8 nights at the end of Februrary. We've been to Florida the past 3 winters and would definetely return to this home. There were 4 adults and 2 kids and we had an extra bedroom open because the boys wanted to sleep in the same room, so it was the perfect amount of room for us.

The description of the home was very accurate and very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We had a big turkey dinner one night and the kitchen had all the utensils that were needed.

My husband and I went on a cruise during the middle of our stay for 3 nights and we felt very comfortable leaving our boys with our parents because of the security of the resort and home. Last year when we stayed at a home with a pool, the gate to the pool was very easy to open and didn't have a lock, so we were concerned about our young boys getting into the pool and this home had a locked gate that even I needed help to open and close, so that put me at ease.

Jane was very accomodating and responded very quickley to any questions we had.

We would love to return to this home for another vacation, as it was close to all restaurants, stores and Disney!
