This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom executive Villa is set within the gated community of Ridgewood Lakes. Ridgewood Lakes is set within a 18 hole championship golf course with many lakes. The community is guarded 24/7 and has a practice range, pro shop, snack bar, community tennis courts, a bike path and nature trails.

This home has a fully equipped kitchen including all dishes and cookware, dishwasher, toaster, cooker and fridge freezer. The utility room has a washing machine and a clothes dryer. There is a lounge with seating for eight and also a family room with a 32” flat-screen TV with cable TV and a DVD player. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, a TV with cable and en-suite facilities. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and two other bedroom have Twin beds in both.

The private pool has a ‘L’ shape lanai that provides you with plenty of room for relaxing in the sun or outside dining. The pool also has spa and backs on to the golf course.

The home has internet access, air conditioning and all linens and towels are provided.

Ridgewood Lakes is located approximately 9 miles from Disney and only 2 miles from I-4 off Hwy 27. Sea World is 20 minutes and Universal as it is the furthest park is approximately 30 minutes

Ridgewood Lakes (as the name suggests) also has the additional advantages of being set amount retention lakes and an 18 hole championship golf course is

all within the gated guarded community.

There are also practice range, pro shop, snack bar, community tennis courts, a bike path and nature trails. All in all an area packed with natural features and exceptional amenities.
