Situated on the outskirts of the sophisticated resort of Agios Nikolaos this impressive villa stands in its own grounds boasting wonderful views to the front of the town, sea and Bay of Mirabello. Electric gates open out onto a large parking area and lead to the front door. Once inside you cannot help but be impressed with the spacious living accommodation and the ground floor is all open plan, which gives a light airy feel to the villa. The very well fitted kitchen boasts an American style fridge/freezer with ice-making machine, microwave, dishwasher and built in espresso/cappuccino coffee machine. The dining area is next to the kitchen and has seating for eight. Whilst the lounge, with its feature fireplace, has comfy sofas and chairs and is centred around the home cinema system which includes CD, DVD, Playstation 2 and satellite TV .
