The 260 sq metre two storey terraced property is situated in a secure gated community with a large shared freeform swimming pool surrounded by a tropical garden, palm trees, cafe, lagoon with a view of the mountains in the distance. On the ground floor are the lounge and open plan dining area, large well equipped kitchen and guest toilet. There is more than adequate dishes, glasses and cutlery and fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine. The two large bedrooms on the upper floor feature spacious en suite bathrooms with showers and both have private terraces. Air conditioning throughout. Televisions, DVD player, telephone with internet access available. Car parking space.

Golf: Laguna Phuket Golf Club which hosted the Singha Thailand Open 2009 was voted top ten for best golf resort in Asia and best golf course in Thailand by readers of Asian Golf Monthly Magazine. Laguna Phuket Golf Club is an 18 hole par 71 course measuring 6654 yards from the back tees. The course features a wealth of scenic lagoons, coconut groves and undulating fairways, set against the dramatic backdrop of the surrounding mountains. The well appointed Clubhouse has a Pro Shop and the Banyon Tree Cafe servng Western and Thai cuisine. The club has a training academy, driving range, putting greens, practice bunkers and chipping areas. On line reservations give a 20% discount on visitors rates played before 31st October 2009 and 50% if signed in by a member. Every 30 minutes there is a free bus service to all the Resort facilities including the golf course which is only a very short distance away. We (my partner and 6-month old son) stayed in this beautiful villa for 4 weeks last year for Christmas and New Year. The villa is new, furnished to a high standard and very comfortable. Both bedrooms are very large with their own balconies, en suite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. The swimming pool was a delight especially for our son as it was very quiet and has a fantastic café with very friendly staff. The villa is located within the confines of a 5-star resort, which is easily accessible using a short shuttle bus service. This gave us access to a variety of amenities, we particularly enjoyed the beach and local restraurants. Fantastic holiday, we will definitely be back again.
