DOWNTOWN VIEW, HOT TUB, COUNTRY IN THE CITY- 1 ACRE

Best of both worlds...an incredible view of the city without the sounds of it! The house was very comfy with super interesting decor and artworks to look at, the hot tub was perfect for relaxation, and the house was close enough to everything "Austin" while in a serene environment! The view from the top deck is unbelievable... watching the sun set on the downtown skyline was the highlight for me! I will definitely be back, time and time again!

Even though it is located only five minutes from downtown you feel like you are a world away at this secluded property! This is a fantastic girlfriend's getaway house for a weekend in Austin. Four of us were in town to attend a wedding and took advantage of these wonderful accommodations. We found the house to be EXACTLY as advertised with its large living space both indoors and out. The hot tub was a treat as was the great view of downtown both during the day and at night. Carrie was great to work with and provided helpful information for our trip. All four of us agree we would recommend this house to any of our family and friends and we would definitely stay here again!

Four of us stayed at this house last week for Austin City Limits and it was perfect. The split level (master bed & bath downstairs, loft with queen bed & bath upstairs) was ideal for two couples but there was definitely room for a couple of more people if you don't mind sharing space. The house was typical funky & cool Austin style with fabulous artwork throughout. We also loved the spacious decks in the front of the house, it was the perfect space for having a nightcap and unwinding from the event in the warm Austin nights.

The location and views were amazing and it was only a 5-10 minute drive to the event and downtown Austin. Carrie was extremely attentive from the moment we rented the house with directions, house tips, and things to do in Austin. We would definitely stay here again, thanks Carrie!
