Park City Townhome Rental Photos and Description
Our recently updated 1500 sq ft, 3 bdrm 3 bath townhome is on three levels. Two bdrms with queens on top floor, 1 bdrm with adult bunk beds on lower floor plus fold out sofa on main floor. With use of Frontgate blow-up mattress this unit can sleep 9. Each level has a bathroom. There is a new private hot tub on deck with views of the slopes and a private single garage with an additional parking space. This is a modern unit with all the amenities at a perfect north old town location. The Park City Mountain Resort parking lot is literally 1 block from the complex and the town lift is 5 blocks down Park Ave. In addition, the free shuttle to Main St, Deer Valley, PCMR and The Canyons is steps from the front door. City Park is directly across the street and groceries, ski rentals, restaurant's and additional shopping is 2 to 3 blocks away. The townhome has new linens and towels, and a well equipped kitchen with professional cutlery and cookware. The comfortable living room has a fireplace and entertainment center with flat screen,cable,stereo,cd,dvd, iPod/iPad docking station and HBO. The upper bedrooms also have flat screens and docking stations. The lower bedroom has a docking station.
The unit has WiFi throughout.

We currently reside in San Diego California but have spent years in the Rocky Mountain region. We are avid skiers and fisherman and we love the beauty & convienience of Park City (only 40 mins from SLC airport to our door!)

We have attended the music & cooking festivals, July 4th and of course the Sundance Film Festival and this towhome is close to it all!
We have been lucky enough to have travelled to many countries of the world (and still do) We thoroughly enjoy staying in properties with all of the creature comforts of home.The location & convienience of the unit was the main reason we purchased here. We use the unit as the renters do-- and we really believe that if it felt like a home guests would like to return. We love eating out at the great selection of restaurants that Park City and Deer Valley has to offer offer yet we also have a well stocked & top quality kitchen & dining area because we like to cook and we know that after a long day on the slope or hiking-- these things matter. The materials we have left for reading and learning reflect things we love about Park City and want to share with our guests.Our property manager is a local. When he greets you, he can be a fountain of information. Where are the best places to eat or drink, what times are specific slopes the best, where can I get fishing gear in a hurry. We pride ourselves on being able to offer this to our guests. We certainly take advantage of it ourselves! Lastly, we love the fact that the airport all-resort shuttle drops us off right in front of the condo if we choose to not drive our car to Park City.
