My family and I bought this property initially as a time share, to use when we wanted to escape the winter months, but eventually became home when I moved down. This property was our first-love; the stunning views, excellent living space, a private terrace, and location was all exactly what we wanted as our get-away place. Now that we've purchased a second larger unit-better suited for our needs, we've decided to rent out our smaller one for the time being.

On the 11th floor, this property has one of the most gorgeous views of the ocean! But not only that, it overlooks a large part of the development and the salt-water Crystal Lagoon Pool. The best part about the unit is waking up in either the master or second bedroom in the morning and and watching the sun rise above the ocean. Or if you're already up before the sun, feel free to enjoy your breakfast on the terrace and watch the magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean with sun rising in the distance. The apartment also has a spectacular view of the sunset from the terrace, so be sure to pour your glass of wine in advance to not miss a second!
