Indian Point Village House Rental Photos and Description
Gentle walk to waters edge from backyard
Our bi-level walk-out home is beautifully set on Tablerock Lake with a gentle walk to the water from our backyard. We have enjoyed our lake home with our family for many years and are excited to share it with other lake lovers. It has a total of 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom is private with one bed in each room, (2 kings and 2 queens) no need to share the space. The kids bedroom has two bunk beds. The main living area has a great room with an open kitchen. The upper deck is half enclosed and air-conditioned for comfortable dining while viewing the lake, the other half is open with a gas grill. The lower deck has a full patio that opens on to a large mowed lawn leading down to the waters edge.

About Karen and Dave Warn
We are custom home builders in Wichita, Kansas and we built this one of a kind lake home retreat for fun and relaxation. With our children now grown, we wanted to share this retreat with others. We have always enjoyed getting our family and friends together for a relaxing and fun time on the water. We take time away from the water and like to visit Eureka Springs, Branson and Roaring River State Park.
Karen and Dave Warn purchased this house in 1992
Why Karen and Dave Warn chose Indian Point Village
We feel that this is the best spot on Tablerock Lake. We took special care in choosing a prime location on Tablerock Lake that would be a safe place for our family with young children to enjoy, we looked for over a year for just the right spot.
We had vacationed here growing up and always dreamed of a place of our own.We always wanted to own a piece of it for the beauty and calmness it provides. Even with the drive to get there, we are always amazed when we arrive and see its beauty.
What makes this house unique
We love being so close to the water, not only is the view wonderful, but we can walk down easily to the water edge and swim or look for treasures on the shoreline. There is plenty of open area to have a game of baseball, shoot off fireworks or just relax and enjoy the view.
