Dock with swimming ladder, wooden deck with unbelievable views of Fisher's Island Sound, grill, large yard, outdoor shower, ample parking. Modern interior with cathedral ceilings, 2 upstairs BR (sleeps up to 6), master bedroom on lower level with king size bed, office with TV and pull-out couch, DVD/VCR, WiFi, open concept gourmet kitchen with water views/LR/DR. Washer, drier, storage room. Deep water mooring. Kayaks and dinghy.

Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium, historic Stonington village, Stonington fishing docks, wine trail, Mystic River drawbridge, downtown Mystic, submarine museum, U.S. Coast Guard Academy, Connecticut College, ferry from New London to Block Island or Pt. Judith, RI, to Block Island; RI sandy beaches

What makes this house unique

Swim, sail, fish, sun, relax, crab, and just hang out. You can do it all or none at all! Sit out on the deck with your coffee or a glass of wine and watch the beautiful sail boats, lobster boats, and motor boats go by. Listen to the birds and distant sounds of the ocean. Get in a kayak and explore,fish, and enjoy the serenity. One of the few deep water access points on the island.
