Luxurious 5 double bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom family villa with large indoor and external dining areas which can both seat up to 8 people, large terraces and balconies, also a BBQ area for outdoor dining, heated swimming with sundeck and off street parking for up to 3 vehicles. Fully equipped kitchen separate laundry room with both washer and dryer and full size stainless steel American fridge/freezer with drinks and ice dispenser. The large living room which looks onto the swimming pool can comfortably sit up to 10 people, this room has a large plasma television and also a DVD player for home entertainment. This home is suitable for all year accommodation with both central heating and fans within each room.

This stylish family villa is located on the main street in the small lakeside village of Alsoors, just a 5 minute walk from the lakeside bathing area, with watersports and numerous bars and restaurants in the immediate area. The busy town of Balaton Fured is within 10 minutes drive(just under 8 kilometres) of Alsoors, offering an even wider selection of shops, eateries and bars. The historic village of Tihany can be reached by car within 20 minutes, offering spectacular panoramic veiws of the entire lake and surrounding areas. The town of Vesprem is a 20 minute drive North of the villa, this too has a beautiful historic old town coupled with a vibrant city centre with banks and shopping facilities.
