This cottage home was perfect for both the adults looking for good fishing or just relaxing and for the five children ranging in age three to nine.For them it was hours spent on the sandy beach,jumping off the dock, swimming,and fishing. The wild life was also very entertaining. Mrs. Duck showed up each night with her ducklings around 7pm and Chiper,the chipmunk made his way to the deck for cheerios during the day. Due to the quiet and calm in the cove the children were able to learn how to kayak. The kayaks were just the right size for learning and fishing .During our stay we were able to travel to the Pine River stables and embark on a trail ride and supper over a camp fire. This was also a first for the children and the horses were gentle and well behaved.
The cottage was both beautiful and adequate to handled our ten with room to spare. We all agreed on a scale of one to ten this cottage and setting is a ten. We are all looking forward to returning to this lovely cottage and quiet setting in the future.
