Very private peaceful Canyon home tucked away off Beverly Glen. A quiet nature hideaway in the middle of the city. House has 2 bedrooms (a queen bed and a full), 1 Bath, Hardwood Floors, Central Air and Heat, Washer and Dryer, and lots of Charm. Bedrooms have quality linens and great windows overlooking lots of trees. Fully stocked kitchen has Fireplace, Marble Floors, Granite Countertop, Bosch Stove/Oven, Samsung Refrigerator and Microwave.

House is tucked away on a flag lot walk street, so the front yard is very private with a beautiful garden patio setting away from cars and the main road. The backyard is terraced along the hillside with a nice sitting area under lush trees with views across the mountain . Theres a private hiking trail to the nearby Stone Canyon reservoir for the more adventurous.

Everyone who visits loves this house! You feel so far away from the city yet are so close to all LA has to offer. Such a nice retreat to come home to after a full day of fun in the city.

What makes this house unique

A lot of great history in this area. The living room part of the house was built in 1912 as an old hunting cabin. Beverly Glen Blvd used to be the main route connecting the Valley to the North and LA basin. Our area was a midway point where travelers on horseback would spend the night, hunt a little and visit the nearby brothel.
