Sleeps 4, not 10

Overall, the place is clean, large, and classy. The rooftop view was amazing, and the town is close by. It was very safe. The 2 issues I have with the place are that 1) the place sleeps 4 comfortably. It does not sleep 10. The third bedroom is outside, and only has 3 walls. It is loud, there are mosquitos, and it rained while we were there so these people had to move inside. I don't know how it could say it sleeps 10. I brought 10 people and 5 people were sleeping on mattresses, couch cushions on the floor. I was embarrassed that I told them that it slept 10.
2) the owners docked 1/2 my damage deposit because I brought 10 people. The posted description says it sleeps 10! They were not pleasant people to deal with, and I didn't like how they did business.
It is so frustrating when people put descriptions that don't match reality.
I will not be going back, and I would advise others not to, as well.
There are lots of other amazing, cheap places to stay in Sayulita.
