Great beach house

Peggotty beach...... Great hide away. The house was beautiful.....if I had only one compliant.....when it came to eating there was not enough seating, no dinning area. The home is housed with 4 bedrooms, it needs a dining table. Beyond this small (hint) complaint ...... what a great place to vacation. We will be back. Thank you for opening up your home for others to enjoy!

Awesome Beachfront

Upon arrival the house was spotless. Gleaming hardwoods and nice new furniture, including flat screens to watch the Olympics. All the right utensils were there for the kitchen. Nice sheets and towels for the bedroom/bathroom. Outdoor shower is awesome!!

Only challenge - parking. We were made aware of this by the realtor (who is great too!) but the parking is in sand (no pavement) 4 wheel drive is NOT required, but helpful.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
