This attractive spacious penthouse apartment is part of a brand new complex situated near the picturesque harbour town of Almerimar. The apartment is fully air conditioned with television, DVD player and a very well equipped kitchen, incl washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave oven. It is furnished to a high standard with rustic Spanish furniture in every room. The complex has two large outdoor pools with jacuzzi, an indoor pool with gymnasium, a sauna and a steam room. It is 10 minutes walk to the beach and 25 minutes to the yachting marina which is a popular centre for water sports. There are a good selection of restaurants and tapas bars to be found dotted around the largest marina in the region. The complex overlooks a beautiful Golf course , and is a short drive to several others and to the 'Cabo de Gata' nature reserve. The mountains of ''Las Alpujarras'' are close by and the ''Sierra Nevada'' are two hours by car where you can ski during the winter months.

Almerimar is situated 46km west of Almería and 180 km east of Malaga. Lying to the west are the Sierra Nevada Mountains, great for winter skiing. In Almerimar the sun shines for more than 320 days a year. Its wide, sandy beaches, good water sports and miles of well kept promenades for those who enjoy walking or cycling make for an unforgettable holiday. With a 1100 berths Almerimar Harbour is the largest in southern Spain and has a lively mix of nationalities in its many tapas bars and restaurants. The region is also known for its many golf courses. The Gary Player designed 27 hole course is just across the road and there are other courses at La Mojonera, Vicar and the Playa Serena course. A day trip to Granada and the Alhambra is a must. Easyjet, BA, Ryanair, Flybe, Excel & Monarch all fly into Almeria airport. The apartment is only a 45 minute drive from the airport. Almerimar is great for families, couples and golfers and for those wanting a relaxing traditional Spanish holiday.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Please note that we accept payment by Paypal or cheque in either GMPs or Euros.
    A booking can be secured with a deposit of 20% (non-refundable) along with a signed contract of lease. Final payment is required 8 weeks before travel. Shorter notice of payment is allowed on agreement with the owner. A bond of £200 is also required with the final payment (held against any damage or breakages etc.). After your holiday the apartment is inspected and cleaned by our agent. They will then inform us of the state of the apartment and if everything is satisfactory the bond will be repaid immediately. Long term and shorter term rents are available on request. Please contact the owners for prices and availability.
