This villa is the essence of luxury holiday living. The large sitting room has a grand piano and an open fireplace, the formal dining area, with crystal chandeliers and sumptuous furnishings, is the perfect setting for romantic or decadent entertaining. An upstairs TV lounge houses satellite TV, DVD player and sound system - a day bed here provides additional sleeping for 2 people. There are 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin room, 4 en-suite bathrooms and large family bathroom. A state of the arts kitchen and separate utility room with an adjoining breakfast room complete the inside of this beautiful villa. Complimented by large terraces with stunning sea and mountain views a fabulous double pool is set amid manicured gardens, the living space extends outside to a BBQ dining area and a party house for 100 people.

Karavados is a small traditional village on the south coast of the island. Against the dramatic backdrop of Mount Aenos, the villa nestles serenely amids the olive groves enjoying stunning views across the Ionian Sea to Zakynthos. Ideally situated to explore the many beauty spots of this lovely scenic island as well as enjoy water sports, snorkelling, scuba diving, horseback trail riding,fishing, mountain treks and yachting, it is also conveniently just 20 mins drive from both the airport and the main town of Argostoli. Whilst Karavados provides all the local amenities within easy walking distance, just 10mins drive brings you to the picturesque villages of Passada and Lourdas with a wealth of traditional tavernas and quality restaurants and also the harbour village of Spartia with reputedly the best restaurant on the island. Surrounded by beautiful sandy beaches, the nearest is just 2 mins away and again provides a choice of beachside restaurants.
