Only new on the holiday rental market from July 2009, this self-contained accommodation is the ground floor of a spectacular detached private villa set in a large well stocked garden that boasts 38 olive trees. The spacious 110m2 apartment is modern and tastefully furnished, the large French doors from the lounge and dining area has a stunning sea view and leads out onto a private balcony. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin room, both are light and airy and fully fitted. The bedrooms are to either side of the tiled bathroom - this has a bath with shower and also a separate shower cubicle. The open plan living area has a beautiful white fully fitted kitchen with all the modern amenities. The lounge has soft comfortable sofas and the dining area seats 6 people. The rooms have air conditioning. Outside the extensive gardens provide privacy and a variety of tranquil, shady spots to sit and relax, sunbathing areas and an outdoor BBQ area.

The blue flag beaches of Lourdas and Trapezaki, many restaurants, tavernas and shops are all within a 5 minute drive. Being located in the centre of the southern coast, Villa Galinorache is also ideally situated for easy access to the islands many beauty spots and also for leisure activities - diving, surfing, walking trails, fishing, tenpin bowling and horse riding. Conveniently situated, the villa is just a 20 minute drive from the airport and also our capital Argostoli, is only 20 minutes away and guarantees an evening of entertainment and local hospitality. Simotata, provides a perfect surrounding for a relaxing holiday and yet the option for many recreational activities
