The property includes an apartment for rent. It is at the ground floor of a Hayloft. This hayloft is near an ancient rural villa, in which the owners of both live. The property includes a vegetable garden, olives groves and fruit trees (just to explain the atmosphere you will find!). The apartment is for 2-4 people and has all the services and a private garden. It is composed by: 2 rooms, of which 1 Bedroom, Living room with kitchenette, 1 bathroom Inside area:44 m2 / 473 sqft, Garden : 100 sqm / 1076 sqft, built on:1850 renewed: 2005. It is really luminous because positioned at south-east.The view is on the countryside. The property includes a private swimming pool, shared with the owners. Our municipality (and we too) really cares about nature, so we do a differentiation between the various kind of waste, and we have just installed photovoltaic panels, so you will use clean energy!

The property is located in the heart of the famous Chianti countryside, surrounded by olive groves and vineyard. It is in the ideal position to visit not only Florence (17 km), but all the most beautiful cities of Tuscany; Siena (60 km), Pisa (70 km), Lucca (95), S.Gimignano (34), Certaldo (23) and many others. All these places are easily reachable by high speed ways. In addiction of explore our historical and artistic inheritance, it is possible to enjoy the country, the cousine, the wine; ride horse or bike, have a swim, play golf or tennis, just walk around the nature. Restaurants and shops are really close to the apartment (2 km). A bigger market is at 7 km. It is also possible to buy typical products just asking to the nearest farmer! If you are bored from the calm of countryside you can enjoy Florence's nights! There you can find many attractions; discos, pubs, live music, cinemas, theatres. Special events (e.g. music or gastronomic festivals)depend from the season.
