Village Manor Townhomes are a small complex of 6 4-unit buildings, in a prime spot on the beach side of Kapaa town. Walk everywhere... to the beach (about a 100 yards away), and also to the shopping centers, and restaurants.
Sleeps 2 in Double Bed in Master, 2 in Pullout Twins in 2nd Bedroom. In a pinch, one on the pull out sofa.

This location puts you on the Bike Path that is 2.5 miles along the coast of Kapaa. Bike rentals are usually less than 5 dollars a day at the rentals very near this complex.

The VRKauai crew is just that, a crew. We all met on Kauai at Kawaikini Canoe Club. OC-6 is alive and well. Outrigger canoes, with 6 seats, is a competitive sport dear to the residents of Kauai. We have a great time on the water so we decided to team up off the water also.

This is a privately owned property managed by us for short term rentals.
We had a great time. The condo was very nice, clean, had everything we needed. More than enough room for 2 of us. It's a very quiet place (except for those stupid roosters at 4am hahahahahaha). We only saw a couple neighbors briefly, otherwise it was like we were by ourselves. We didn't have a need to contact the property managers for anything so I can't comment on that. Very convenient access to the main road around the island. We didn't use the water gear but it was nice that it was there. 1 suggestion for a "nice to have": we could've used a small cooler for day trips. It's not something you think of ahead of time or pack on a trip. Wasn't a big deal, tho.
VRBO didn't really provide detailed directions to the condo. It wasn't too hard to find, especially since I'd looked online already. But we arrived after dark so it was just a little confusing. Also, I had to dig through emails to find the one that had the unit number. As I'm looking now at the contract agreement, I see it all there. Let me suggest making that stand out a bit more. Maybe bigger, bold text, a different color. That way when someone is fumbling around trying to find the directions & address, it will jump out at them. But it wasn't a big deal - we arrived and found the place just fine - and had no trouble finding the lockbox with the key.
It was a convenient short walk to a couple grocery stores. One of the local kayaking outfitters is only about 100 yards away. And the beach is about the same. The public access to the beach isn't marked but easy to figure out.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay.
I have stayed in 3 different rentals in this small complex over the last 3 years and this one has been the best so far. Plenty of mask and snorkel sets and beach towels, so just bring your vacation clothes and buy your groceries across the street. Nice and quite neighbors in this small complex as several of the units are rentals, plus you are within walking distances of a couple close restaurants and even more in further down in kappa. Property managers are really nice and easy to get a hold of which is always great. I will be back!
Resort is on the 2 mile Bike Path.

Cancellation Policy: Our Cancellation policy is in the contract. Basically, you are refunded your full amount, with a small processing fee if you cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival date.

An advance payment of 50% is required to hold your reservation.
Balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival date.
