About Serena

Originally from Taiwan, I spent my early time in Vancouver right here in the West End of downtown. After moving out & having lived other parts of Vancouver, I still find this neighbourhood very desirable & tranquil for its trees, park, beach & 4 season different scenary. With my partner, we've being owning and managing rental properties for years. Just before Winter Olympic in 2010, we turned our property rental business to the larger in demand vacation rentals and have been enjoying encounters of diverse cultures and people.

Make no mistake. If you don't like stairs, this is not the property for you. But if you don't mind 2 simple sets of stairs in a low rise apartment building, this is where you can economically spend money in accommodation and still enjoy a great location.
