The condo was unharmed after Hurricane Isaac and the Ocean Springs beach is as beautiful as ever. The complex pool was damaged, but has been cleaned and repaired. All the casinos are up and running and the great atmosphere of the Mississippi Gulf Coast is alive and well. Come see us!

Step in to a relaxing getaway at this beautifully-appointed 2BR, 2BA waterfront condo in quiet and tranquil Ocean Springs, Mississippi within the Harbor Landing complex. Bring your boat! This unit is perfect for those who enjoy the water as it comes with its own boat slip (water and electricity included) and gorgeous marsh views from the balcony. A public boat launch is less than two minutes away.

Condo has all the comforts of home, including all brand-new furniture as of June 2012. The unit features a full-size washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen, and flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms. Enjoy the quiet mornings with coffee overlooking the coastal marshes from your private balcony. Take a break from the abundant outdoor activities by relaxing in the comfortable condo with cable and internet service throughout. The main bedroom features a comfortable pillow-top queen bed and the second bedroom holds two twin beds. A new sleeper-sofa is located in the living room to allow up to 6 people to sleep comfortably in the condo.

The gated Harbor Landing complex features a stunning kidney-shaped pool with hot tub, and plenty of chairs for sunbathing. Additional perks are multiple outdoor grills on the grounds, as well as a workout room.

Outdoor activities abound in the nearby area. From the condo marina, you can easily access Biloxi Bay and Mississippi Sound for world-class inshore fishing, or spend a day out at one of the barrier islands enjoying the coastal wildlife. Golf options are nearby, as well as one of the most well-kept public beaches along the Gulf coast.

The town of Ocean Springs boasts a wonderful downtown area where you can enjoy shopping, delicious restaurants, art shops, and antique stores. Two great playgrounds with new equipment are perfect for children, including the Fort Maurepas Park across the street from the beach. If you enjoy a quiet, laid-back atmosphere, then Ocean Springs would be a perfect destination.

We are a young family who fell in love with Ocean Springs a few years back when we visited prior to having our first child. It was our dream to own a getaway property there and we have finally been blessed enough to find one. We are honored to share it with you and hope you love the condo, the condo complex, and the Ocean Springs area as much as we do.

What makes this condo unique

The marsh view and tranquil atmosphere of being on the water is why we love this condo. It is a great place for our children, and we enjoy boating in the coastal marshes and bays. The shopping and dining in Ocean Springs are second to none, which is an added bonus, and the children love the beach, even in the off-season. Although Ocean Springs is not where we live, it feels like home. We feel strongly that you will share this viewpoint after visiting.

Quiet community of Ocean Springs helps relax away the stress. Downtown is full of quaint shops and wonderful dining. Very clean and well-kept beach area with Fort Maurepas play park is a great place to take the kids. Very close to all the exciting casino action in Biloxi, yet far enough away to be clear of the hustle and bustle. Condo overlooks the coastal Mississippi marshes and your boat has its own slip in the marina, equipped with electricity and water at no charge. This is a wonderful place that you will come back to year after year.

Our accomodations at this condo were terrific. The furniture and bedding all new...and very, very clean. Quiet area on the marsh...beautiful view. Close to the casinos, golfing and fishing. We can't wait to return in 2014. The owners have done a wonderful job. Thank you for making our trip a great memory!
