Lovely new four bed property ( two ensuite) located in the pretty town of Vila Nova de Cacela ,12km from Tavira and 12km from Vila Real de Santo Antonio and only 1.5 kilometers from the wonderful beach at Manta Rota. The house is within walking distance of all amenities, including supermarket, food shops, restaurants and bars and is a twenty minute walk or two minute drive to the beach.The house is within a few minutes drive of five superb golf courses, including the new Jack Nicklaus, Monte Rei course. The house has its own private swimming pool and rear terrace area with a dining table and chairs for alfresco eating and a barbecue.

The house is situated within the lovely village of Vila Nova de Cacela with all amenities close by and within walking distance,and within a few minutes drive of five superb golf courses, including the new Jack Nicklaus,Monte Rei course. The house has a good sized rear patio area with barbecue and a beautiful 6 by 4 metres outdoor pool. The house has additional terrace areas at the front. The managers of the property live nearby and are on hand to assist in anything that you may require, from general information to recommendations of restaurants, and places to see and visit.

    Substantial discounts of 10% are offered for rental periods of three and four weeks and additional discounts may apply for long term rentals.

A casa fica num local calmo de acesso mais facil um lugar com agitação se assim o desejarmos, perto de um mercado local com a venda de peixe magnifico As pessoas locais são muito simpaticas. Tem várias coisas ao dispor perto da residencia como Multibancos, supermercado, restaurante, praia etc
A casa encontrava-se bastante como assim limpa a piscina e foi mantida durante todo o período de férias, cozinha equipada muito bem, toda a casa decorada com bom gosto bastante.
A era proprietaria de grande ajuda nos esclarecimentos sobre a localidade ou algum problema que surgir POSSA. Um local onde vou querer voltar e recomendar a amigos.
