This Three Million dollar property has everything you could want or need from a perfect holiday home - It is our personal home and is furnished to a very high standard - with its own private pool its own private dock for your personal boat or rental boat up to 90 foot! Finally its own private access to one of the best beaches in the Bahamas to give you the comfort you would expect from a home of this value. Five very large en-suite bedrooms with full bathrooms so suitable for friends sharing or large family. It has two master bedrooms one downstairs and one upstairs. The children's bedrooms can sleep four and they have their own private suite, great for them and even greater for the adults. The upstairs master bedroom also has its own private office (for those who “need” to keep in touch with the rest of the world) But this can also be used as the babies room and a crib is available. Plus a two bedroom (en suite) guest cottage fully equipped and great for the in laws!!!
