3 bed rooms 3 full bath rooms great lake view with a huge deck to entertain on. The house has tons of natural sunlight. Lake access is 200 yards away from main gate of lumpine shore. Launch your boat in min and be on the water..

***Important House Rules*** :

1. We are located in a quiet residential area. Out of courtesy to our neighbors, guests must be respectful and excessive noise and loud disturbances are not acceptable. Should disturbances be reported, the guest will be asked to vacate immediately.

2. This is a high fire area and as such, extreme caution must be exercised at all times. Smoking materials must be disposed of only in the receptacles provided on our deck.

3. Vehicles may not be parked anywhere but in the driveway and on the street. Vehicles parked on grassy off-street areas will be towed at owner’s expense. Thank you for you co-operation.

Great family trip!

This was the perfect house for our Lake Berryessa trip. The house was clean and comfortable and easily accommodated two families. The three bedrooms were great for the adults and separating kids. The downstairs entertainment area was ideal for the boys to watch TV and sleep. The kitchen had everything needed and the outside decks were great for relaxing in morning and evening. The location is fabulous if you are looking to launch at Lake Berryessa Lupine Shores, you are two minutes away. We had a blast on the lake all day and returned to a comfortable home to make dinner and rest up for another day on the water. Although it was a short stay this was one the best vacations in years!!!

The owner was very helpful and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to be close to Lake Berryessa!

Good spot to relax and chill out! Fun to bring the whole family, lots of room, great views and plenty of outdoor space for the kids to play and have a fun time. Short drive to boat launches. Definately will be back.
