This rural home, exquisitely renovated using the materials typical of the tradition of the Marche hinterland, is located in a quiet panoramic position.

Situated in a strategic position at the crossroads bordering Marche, Umbria and Tuscany, this structure is ideal for sports and nature enthusiasts: trekking, mountain bike.

Of medium size it is ideal for small groups who enjoy spending their holidays together and, at the same time, appreciate having the privacy of their own spaces.

Composition:

Three large independent apartments, each with its own private area with table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is also another bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and independent entry for €450/week.

Ligging en omgeving een 4 omdat je behoorlijk moest rijden voordat je ergens was. Maar het uitzicht en de locatie van het huisje was geweldig. Jammer dat de beheerster alleen frans en italiaans kon spreken, deze talen beheers ik beide niet. Beheerster was geweldig en zorgde goed voor ons, zeer vriendelijke mensen.
